Dr. Reynolds received her Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Louisville in 2001 and was awarded a Graduate Dean's Citation for superior accomplishment in graduate study.
She entered the Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology program in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine in the Fall of 2001, and was named Chief Fellow in the Fall of 2002.
Dr. Reynolds has been a member of AACC for two years and is the current 2003 ACCENT Chair for the Ohio Valley Section (OVS) of AACC. She has had three published abstracts to date, one 1st-author manuscript accepted, and one co-authored manuscript under review.
Dr. Reynolds' areas of interest include inflammation and infection, immunoassay interferences, and heart failure research.
