Sample Collection for Mycophenolic Acid (MPA) Tests

Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(s). (SERUM GEL TUBE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.) Spin down and send 2.0 mL of serum, refrigerated to the address below. Label sample with patient name and date of collection. Do not freeze! Please send the blood sample for Mycophenolic Acid testing, along with the test form and signed consent to the address below. We will provide a written interpretation of the results to the physician caring for the patient.
